Bell Busk
BELL BUSK, a hamlet in the township of Cold Coniston, and parish of Gargrave, liberty of Staincliffe; 8 miles NW. of Skipton

Bell Busk was originally part of the ecclesiastical parish of Gargrave and lies on the parish boundaries of Kirkby Malhamdale, Eshton and Conistone Cold parishes, with the area around Raven Flatt being partly in the parish of Kirkby Malhamdale.

With the closure of the Malhamdale cotton mills at the beginning of the 20th century, many workers moved to Lancashire where the industry continued into the latter part of the 20th Century.
